For those who have no idea who this beauty is or what she’s been doing for the last four years, let us formally introduce you: Panosian is a mega video beauty blogger. She’s been creating digital content based around her beauty obsession. Her universe is centered around simplistic beauty, skincare and hair tips. And she’s a certified #GirlBoss.

Most recently, Panosian teamed up with Marshalls for the first of their 4-part lifestream series. For the occasion, she took an aerial hoop class at Body & Pole.

Check out our interview with Teni Panosian, below!

On getting involved with Marshalls: “I’m a big fan of the store. I grew up shopping at Marshalls and I still love the thrill of finding designer brands for less and walking out feeling inspired by the surprising finds—like the scarf that inspired the aerial arts class featured on Facebook Live. Like many women, I’m always looking for ways to shakeup my routine so, when I heard they were helping to encourage women to open themselves up to new possibilities, I knew I had to be a part of it.”

On how she gained a huge social media following: “You know, I think it’s all about keeping people interested. I’m always mixing up my content between beauty, fashion, fitness, and overall lifestyle; I like to keep my viewers and readers surprised with unexpected content, I think it really excites them and keeps them interested!”

On her celeb style and beauty crushes: “My beauty crush would have to be Cindy Crawford. She’s just a timeless beauty. As far as a style crush, I feel like I have so many! How do I pick… I’ve always loved pretty much everything Olivia Wilde has worn, she does a great job of switching it up and staying both classic and bold.”

On her gorgeously long lashes: “Part of it I attribute to my genes, ha! I’m Armenian so we tend to have long lashes. But one thing that helps condition my lashes and keep them from falling out is using an oil makeup remover for my eyes; it really does wonders for lashes.”

On the secret to a perfect selfie: “The right angle! You know your face best and how you like it to look. Nailing the right angle is definitely key.

On the most exciting project you’re working on right now: “Working with Marshalls has been exciting and full of surprises! I never would have thought to incorporate aerial arts into my workout routine, and showing that off on Facebook Live was so much fun. I was just the first of a series of fun and surprising live streams that Marshalls is working on. I can’t wait to see what they share next! Working with Marshalls has shown that if I open myself up to new possibilities, anything can happen. I’m glad that I can inspire women to do the same.”
