Toronto native Keffaleng knows that fame is one of the most dangerous drugs in existence. We’ve all witnessed how the allure of the limelight has destroyed the lives of some of music’s most talented individuals Still, the 21-year old upstart from The 6is determined to carve out a lane for himself in the heavily trafficked world of hip-hop. With strong Ethiopian roots, Keffaleng turned heads through his melodic grooves last summer on his Still Shanti EP. He’s now back with another chapter to his story, and he calls the project, Not So Famous. Def Jam Record’s Amir Obe joins him as the sole feature on the buzzworthy new release.

DJ Wallah & ItsRichZ Drop The “NJ’s Best of 2020” Playlist

DJ Wallah presents the “NJ’s Best of 2020” mixtape, curated by Rich Z of the Garden State Hip Hop Hour. Despite everything that happened in 2020, Jersey Hip Hop was still bangin’ heavy across the Tri-State. With features such as Roselle’s own Cruch Calhoun, battle rap icon’s Arsonal da Rebel and Tsu Surf, plus up and coming rappers like OnlyJahmez and Nate Taylorr, NJ’s Best of 2020 truly spotlighted the top tiers of the State. NJ Hip Hop has been bubblin’ for a minute, but 2020 was a monumental year in both connecting artists and elevating the rap culture of NJ.
