Kent Jones, best known for the platinum hit “Don’t Mind,” finds his way back to the top with his new single, titled, “I Wana.” Loved for his harmonic melodies and raunchy wordplay, the Florida recording artist returns with a couple of new friends in Dirty South superstars Blac Youngsta and the sexy Renni Rucci.

Orchestrated by award-winning producer, 808-Ray. “I Wana” displays more of Jones’ playful sexual banter over a feel-good dance production perfect for the radio. Youngsta and Rucci provide the overtly sexual attitude for the new school audience and Kent Jones lays down a new foundation for his next run to the top of the charts.

In 2016, Jones made his debut on Billboard, reaching number eight on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Don’t Mind” debuted at number 63 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart that May and would go on to reach number 40 on pop radio. His first mixtape, Tours, was released in Summer 2015 on Epidemic Records. DJ Khaled’s We the Best Music Group and Epic Records signed Jones that same year. Jones was also featured in the soundtrack of NBA 2K16, participating in DJ Khaled’s track “365” along with Ace Hood and Vado.

“I Wana” prepares a promising new album, currently in development, slated for late-2020. Looking for that bedroom boom for those summer nights? Allow Kent Jones to lead the way.
