Los Angeles hitmaker MarcLo is “Getting Right” on his latest single. As a part of the production team The Monsters&Strangerz that has penned and produced hit records for Maroon 5,  Chris Brown, Nick Jonas, and Zedd,  he is taking a stab at being a stead fast recording artist in the music industry. With his forthcoming album Premonitions  in the works scheduled to be released in October of this year, “Get Right” sets the tone high for any releases that will follow.

On “Get Right” you will hear Lo flowing about about how he had to get right in order to win and grind like a basketball player going hard in the paint. Some notable lyrics that stand out the most include “I was on the court at 6 am, working on my jump shot with my pops, she said you gotta get right”. These lyrics convey his love for his pops and raw work ethic.

His rap style and beat choices are reminiscent of Chicago rap star Chance The Rapper as they have very similar cadences. As he has mastered the art of producing, songwriting and now recording music, it is safe to say that he will have a lasting impact on the music business worldwide.
