Black Buffet – THK (Trap House Killah)

Published

on

Doing what he does best Black Buffet returns with another visual release flossin in a Versace robe in the trap house motel for his song “THK.”

In the video, Black Buffet, posts up in the motel in a haste to get things situated in order the start the process of laundering the money. As grimy as it sounds, Black Buffet casts an ever so clean visual of his life while rapping over a dope sample beat with resonating sax horns.

For true HipHop listeners his flow will remind you of a 90’s UGK flow mixed with a bit of an East Coast flavor. Smoking in the bathroom, wearing a designer robe and drinking champagne on the beach are all a few Black Buffet’s favorite things as we get a glimpse into the VA rapper’s gaudy trap life.

“I got a few solid joints on the album, and I have a chopped and screwed version that was handled by DJ Red of Screwed Up Clik. Plus, I want to stay as relevant as possible with he visuals,” said Black Buffet. “At the end of the day, I’m just trying to keep pushing man. Currently, I’m debating on slipping out something on, or around Cinco de Mayo called Por Siempre. I also got a project I’m working on that has an entirely different instrumentation setup. Also, Nottz and I have something cooking for the end of the year.”

It’s no wonder why Pusha T to agreed to do a remix to his song “White Lies” appearing as part of his Lifestyles of The Rich and Infamous Knowbodies project that released in October. The project would also include production from Virginia legend Nottz.

Most recently Black Buffet teamed up with DJ Carisma and DJ Tyson for his 30 Shades of Green Mixtape. The DJ combo also hosted his Plugs & Pistols 2 mixtape as well.

“DJ Carisma is one of the first people that beleived in me and she don’t do mixtapes all the time so it was cool that she messed with me,” Black Buffet said.
