Quality Control has been at the forefront of Hip Hop the past several years with superstar acts such as Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby and more. Founded by Pierre Thomas a/k/a CEO P, the label is ascending to heights that can put them in the pantheon of legendary imprints that have left a lasting impact on the culture. Recently, CEO P’s very own nephew, 2J The Richest, has emerged as a buzzing new talent. Having already had an affinity for music since a child, 2J knew his passion can be a reality when he attended a Lil Yachty performance years ago and was invited onstage by famed manager/executive Coach K. This was the ultimate conviction for the youngster to pursue a career in rap. Already a frequent visitor of of QC’s studio in Atlanta, 2J began recording his own music which led to the recording of his first single “What You Think.” At that moment, his uncle Uncle CEO P and Coach K realized they had new talent on their hands. Since then, the newcomer went on to release his first mixtape in December of 2017 titled “Positive Vibes.” Now with more singles on the way, 2J The Richest unveils his brand new Fresco Filmz-directed visual for “New Drip.
