Major Lazer producer Diplo recently did an interview with The Sun, and revealed that Beyonce had “scrapped” her upcoming album. He worked on two songs for the album, but it seems Mrs. Carter might not be feeling the direction she was headed.
“I just did two songs for her new album, well, I tried. I think she scrapped the record.”
The superstar singer has released singles this year including “Bow Down/I Been On”, “Grown Woman” and “Standing On The Sun,” but none have been marketed for a new album. Bey’s camp hasn’t made an official statement on the status of the album, but she did share a cryptic message with her Instagram followers.
