"I’m Out" singer Ciara was seen "out" in NYC recently.  She posted a few photos of her new Rik Villa  Muscle Shirt and  Pants with the caption "On Da Move. #NYCFollowing".   

Paired with her Louboutins, the shirt and pants are made from bandana material and have an elastic waistband.   So………..
