Bernie Sanders‘ presidential bid got some vocal support from Lil B and Neil Young. Now, several artists, comedians, actors, and other figures from popular culture have signed a letter under the banner “Artists & Cultural Leaders for Bernie Sanders”.
It’s a list that includes Jeff Tweedy, Lil B, Killer Mike, Thurston Moore, Lou Barlow, Afghan Whigs’ Greg Dulli, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mike Watt, Scarface, MC5’s Wayne Kramer, Babes in Toyland’s Maureen Herman, Patton Oswalt, Sarah Silverman, David Crosby and Graham Nash, Jello Biafra, Foo Fighters’ Chris Shiflett, Faith No More’s Billy Gould, and several others.
