As a follow up to his top 40 iTunes hit single “Dangerous”, Los Angeles artist Lil HotB releases a hot new single titled “Switchin’ Up”. Continuing to recreate his authentic sound, Hotb’s latest offering serves as a reminder of how important it is to cultivate your own sound, in the evolving music business.
Produced by IGee, this original uptempo beat, gives Lil Nas X country Hip Hop vibes. As Hotb reminds listeners that he does not that tolerate “switchin up” he prides himself on remaining authentic in his rap flows. This is a different direction for the LA native who does not want to be boxed in as an artist. “I want my music to be memorable, not just likable,” stated Hotb. “With this new single I just continue to push my level of artistic expression and creativity”.
Lil HotB is having the biggest year of his music career. Having recently inked a joint venture between B Yourself Records & ADA Music (Warner Music’s independent distribution label services arm), “Switchin Up” could not have come at a better time. He has gone from a local Los Angeles rapper to one of the next rising rap stars in the music game.
