German label !K7 has revived its DJ trading card series to celebrate the 50th DJ-Kicks mix, which features 20 artists who have compiled their own DJ-Kicks mixes over the years, including Four Tet, DJ Koze, John Talabot, Actress, and others. There are 20 cards total.
According to FACT, the cards will include real “stats” on the artists, like the longest track they’ve produced or their current number of social media followers. The cards are free with any !K7 webstore purchase over 20 euros, while supplies last.
!K7 released the first set of DJ trading cards in 1995 as a promotional offering in support of Mr. C’s X-MIX: The Electronic Storm.
The last DJ-Kicks mix was helmed by DJ Koze.
