Lindsay Lohan Case Against Pitbull Dismissed

Pitbull’s legal battle with actress Lindsay Lohan ended very much in his favor. The Hollywood starlet sued the Miami rapper in 2011 for referencing her in his hit song “Give Me Everything,” in the line “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” She claimed that he had no right to profit off of her name as she hadn’t given him clearance to use it.

A New York federal judge ruled that the song is a work of art protected by the 1st Amendment, according to TMZ.

Lohan’s claims that she suffered “emotional distress” due to the song were also dismissed by the judge; as was the case itself.
