RAYMOND vs. RAYMOND: Inside The Courtroom Custody Battle, Round 2… [UPDATED]

Tameka & Usher Raymond are back in court today for their emergency emergency custody hearing over their two young sons. Pics and deets from inside the courtroom inside… *We will be updating this post with developments as they come*

Tameka Raymond is fighting to gain custody of her and Usher’s two sons, Naviyd & Usher V.

Cinco almost drowned in Usher’s home swimming pool this week, and Tameka claims the singer is to blame for the near-fatal accident because the five-year-old wasn’t being properly supervised.

The two are battling it out in the Superior Court of Fulton County this afternoon.  And we’ve got the pics from inside the courtroom and their courtroom fresh arrivals:

Usher has already submitted denials of all accusations made by Tameka in her filing for an emergency custody hearing.  She claimed Usher’s only physically present for the kids 85% of each month, he has incapable people supervising the children, and more.  Usher denied all of this and simply said Tameka is not capable of caring for the children.

UPDATES

4:35p EST: Tameka Raymond took the stand and stated that last night, Usher V’s heart almost stopped. She claims she sent several texts to Usher and he never responded or showed up.

Usher has just taken the stand.  He is explaining why he waited several hours to call Tameka.  He waited until after he & Usher V rode in the ambulance and arrived at the hospital.

4:41p: Usher explained how he received the call about Usher V’s incident, "I received a call from Grace Miguel, my manager [and his girlfriend]."  He then explained that actually, the first call came from his Aunt Rena.  But then the call with more clarification on what happened came from Grace Miguel.   He says he didn’t actually speak to Aunt Rena — which is confusing — and he doesn’t know if Grace was at his home at the time of the accident.  But Grace was there once he arrived minutes later….

4:50p: Usher says he’s renting the home where the incident took place.  He said he has previously informed the kids on pool safety: Not to jump in a pool unless an adult is around and not to run around the pool.
