Kylie Jenner may be the youngest of her famous klan, but boy, is she grabbing the most headlines.
Can we discuss this turquoise hair?! Personally, I’m not a fan of the cleavage because it screams everything but, “I’m actually seventeen years old,” but I digress. The bright and bold hair shade is SB-approved simply because it’s a risk we should all take at some point. Beauty rules are mostly necessary, but what’s the point if you can’t bend them once in awhile?
Kylie’s newest do was spotted last night (July 9) at the Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood, where she promoted her hugely successful line of hair extensions. Between this and her upcoming site, we’d say she’s got this market cornered.
