Right after wrapping up his stint on the Rocky and Tyler tour, Vince Staples has announced the two-part “Circa ’06” tour behind his excellent album Summertime ’06. The first half of the trek will begin December 2 in Philadelphia and continue through December 19, while the second half will kick off February 26 in San Francisco and run through March 12.
