”He’s Not Drake, That’s For Sure”
Maybach Music Group rapper Wale reportedly heckled Toronto Raptors’ star Rudy Gay, at the Washington Wizards/Toronto Raptors game last night (February 19th.) The commentators noticed Rudy Gay responding to Wale, and began talking about who they deemed a “local rapper.” “A fan heckling him and supposedly, this fan is a well-known local rapper. Wall-ay. Locally, here,” said one commentator. “Wale is inspiring. I’m sure somebody on Twitter could tell me if they exactly had ever heard of Wale. He’s not Drake, that’s for sure.” ,P> Wale, a Washington, D.C. native, then left his seat courtside and confronted the commentators for making fun of him on the mic. There is no audio of the incident, but footage has surfaced online. |
