Kim Kardashian and Kanye West aren’t going for the understated look in their new home, as it was reported that the couple splashed out $750,000 on gold toilets. The couple have been staying with Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, while their $11 million mansion is being renovated.
The UK Sun is reporting that Kim and Kanye have ordered special edition beds from the Savoy Hotel, retailing at $215,000 each. The publication added that they are planning on buying $770,000 worth of Electrolux appliances, including a Swarovski encrusted freezer.
A source commented on the situation, saying “They expect the interior to cost twice as much as the property. They’re spending more than a million on a security system alone.”
