Bad Gyal Shares Dreamlike Power With “Más Cara”

On Más Cara, Bad Gyal shapes a world where nostalgia, confidence, and sonic experimentation move in rhythm. The album unfolds like a personal playlist stitched together from the sounds which first ignited her creativity. Reggaeton pulses sit beside dancehall grooves, while flashes of merengue house, shatta, guaracha, and Haitian kompa ripple throughout the production.  Bad Gyal’s delivery balances intimacy with boldness, gliding between flirtation and self-possession Rather than settling into one lane. The project’s visual centerpiece arrives with the video for Un Coro Y Ya 🙂, directed by Daniel Sannwald. Set against the nighttime glow of Barcelona, the visual leans into sensuality and distortion as Bad Gyal pulls the viewer into a surreal, seductive atmosphere.

The styling and cinematography emphasize her commanding presence, turning the narrative into a playful exploration of power and perception. Executive produced by Cromo X, “Más Cara” gathers an expansive roster of collaborators including Ozuna, Chencho Corleone, and J Álvarez, alongside a mix of emerging producers and genre pioneers. The release follows Bad Gyal’s growing international momentum, including a nearly sold-out tour across Spain and a headline appearance at Primavera Sound.
