As the new school year is right around the corner, Paramount Pictures, in partnership with Dr. Bombay Ice Cream and Marathon Burger, hosted a FREE community backpack giveaway and family celebration on Venice Beach to celebrate the new Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie hitting theaters soon.
Inspired by the themes of teamwork, kindness, and helping others at the heart of PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, this unique outing bridged family, film and fun while giving back to the greater Los Angeles community in an unforgettable way.
With several activities, going on throughout the event, families were not only able to receive school supplies, but also learn more about the new Paw Patrol movie in an exhilarating way. Kids were seen actively engaging in the paw patrol ball pit, coloring, face painting, and corn hole, while receiving temporary paw patrol tattoos. Kids also got a chance to make their own Paw Patrol stuffy!
What made this event extra special is that adolescents were able to ride an excavator to dig up Dino eggs with a special prize inside! Another unique element about this event is that kids were able to spin a wheel and win Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie merch, gearing them up for the movie’s upcoming release.
Sponsored by Marathon Burger and Dr. Bombay Ice Cream, attendees enjoyed complimentary wings and fries from Marathon Burger, while Dr. Bombay provided several assorted original flavors for a perfect refreshing treat! With the beach serving as the perfect backdrop, and 93.5 KDAY holding it down on the 1’s and 2’s, this was hands down one of the most creative and exciting ways to get kids ready for the new school year!
