DJ Mercilless sets the video off doing what he’s famed for with cuts and scratches while Righteous visits the local vinyl shop for some crate digging. He uses the perfect blend of witty punchlines and wordplay to break down Hip Hop, an emcee, and a DJ. What is an emcee if he can’t rap, what is a DJ if he can’t scratch, reverberates throughout the track while both emcees lay down their verses. They pay homage and respect to authentic Hip Hop and the culture, as well as acknowledge pioneers. This is a must-listen/watch for newcomers breaking out into Hip Hop.
