It wasn’t until we saw the array of pastels at The 88th Academy Awards last February that we realized a certain trend forming. A lot of celebrities were decked to the nines in pale hues, and baby shades. There was plenty of eau de nil, pale pink, sky blue, pastel yellow and lavender cascading down the red carpet.
