Amanda Bynes may have a hip-hop career in limbo, but the troubled actress got one step closer to rap authenticity this weekend–she became the target of a diss song. Drock, a new rapper signed to Chinga Chang Records, has released his first single, “Sour Patch Kid”–an Amanda Bynes diss.
Bynes was rumored to be signing a record deal with Chinga Chang Records after labelhead Daniel Herman claimed she was working on an album with Wyclef Jean–a claim, Jean subsequently denied.
Drock also calls out Bynes in a YouTube clip. “You didn’t even show up [for the Wyclef meeting]. That’s disrespectful … He’s a legend,” Drock says. “You are running around with some knuckleheads calling Miley Cyrus ugly and sh*t — she’s better than you. At least she’s confident. You running around getting all these surgeries – you have self esteem issues … you need a shrink.”
