Michael Jordan managed to get the allegations from a woman named Pamela Smith shot down earlier this year, after she claimed that he was the father of her child. Now he has a new paternity claim, this one from a woman named Laquetta Theus, who has filed a paternity suit in Georgia. She gave birth to her now 3-year-old daughter Jyana Rachelle Henderson in August 2010 and claims Jordan is the father.
Theu is seeking a hefty amount in child support and posted a lengthy message about the situation on her Facebook account, where she criticizes Jordan for spending $10 million on his wedding, yet being unwilling to cough up money to help support his alleged child. Laquetta’s claims are very similar to Pamela’s.
According to TMZ, Michael has already filed legal documents that state that he is not the father.
