Clearly, ya boy does not like these paparazzi. But he’s the quintessential overprotective daddy. So throwing up the universal sign for "f*ck off" is better than hopping in the water to beat down a pap a la Kanye style.
Mr. Carter just announced he’s extending his Magna Carta Holy Grail tour to North America. And dates will be announced soon. Hopefully these two get to rest up before the next leg of the Mrs. Carter Show world tour kicking off in 5 days.
