Gilbert Arenas OVER PREPARED For July 4th? Arrested For Having 100 Pounds Of Fireworks

Gilbert Arenas is up to his foolish activities again.  Check out his arrest inside thanks to way too many fireworks…

The former Washington Wizard just copped a misdemeanor felony charge after getting caught with 100 pounds of fireworks. 

While he was riding down the highway in Cali around 2:30AM this morning, cops pulled Gilbert and his Ford truck over for speeding.  And thanks to all the fireworks being uncovered in the bed and cab of the truck, cops saw it all in plain sight.  He was immediately booked for possession of illegal fireworks, speeding, and driving without a license.

TMZ reports the cops even had to call the BOMB SQUAD because there were so many fireworks.

He’s since been released without having to pay bail, but he’s got to return home to his fiancee Laura Govan and their kids with no fireworks for the 4th of July.  Womps.  But seeing that Gil was popped for gun possession when he foolishly whipped out a loaded gun in the locker room back in 2010, his fam may not even be surprised by this.
