Joe Budden has always been outspoken, and often shares his opinions on many topics regarding the competition within hip-hop. He recently took to Twitter and dished his opinion on the many hip-hop fans who often label rappers who he feels have no “quotables” when it comes to the quality of their lyrics as “the best.” Joe has always prided himself in having bars, and feels as though the rappers who are labeled as the best should have bars as well.
