Kanye Explains Why He Hates the Paparazzi

While doing promo at the Art Basel Fair in Switzerland for his new album Yeezus, Kanye opened up about his disdain for being part of a celebrity supercouple and the tabloid scrutiny that comes with it. Yeezy explained that he can’t stand the questions that reporters and paparazzi ask him.

And he hates being tabloid fodder.

“I fight in my position of being a very commercial celebrity boyfriend, I fight to push culture forward every chance I get,” he says. “And I only frown because paparazzi ask me dumba– s–t all the time, and I think about changing the world, and I think about what I can do to make things better.”
