It’s been months since Dreamchasers rapper Lil Snupe was shot and killed, but Meek Mill wants to make sure his thoughts don’t go unheard. He released a tribute song on Tuesday called “Lil N*gga Snupe,” which laments the death of his friend, but also provides commentary on the violence in Philadelphia.
In one line Meek raps, “as I’m running through my city n*gga all I see is murder/ ain’t nobody seen it bet you everybody heard it.”
The Boi-1da and Maven Boys produced track also features a chillingly sad hook which simply states that “all he wanted was a coupe.”
