Reggae artist Sean Kingston was apparently sick and tired of the lingering “gang rape” lawsuit he was recently facing, as details of his settlement came out on Saturday.
Kingston is maintaining that the settlement shouldn’t suggest his guilt, but rather, he’s simply too busy to be dealing with an awful civil trial. Sources close to Kingston say he paid her a much smaller amount than she was asking for, but she took the money and the drama is over.
The incident allegedly happened back in 2010, and though the two did admittedly have sex, Kingston says it was absolutely consensual.
