The track hails from GloRilla’s 2024 GLORIOUS album, and its No. 1 debut on Billboard’s Hot Gospel Songs chart led to her first-ever BET Award win for the Bobby Jones Award for Best Inspirational Performance.
As if the gospel glow wasn’t enough, GloRilla delivered a headline-stealing BET Awards medley, pairing LET HER COOK with her latest single Typa, which debuted Top 10 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart. A surprise appearance from Keyshia Cole and a tap-dance interlude gave fans yet another reason to call Glo one of the most daring performers in hip-hop today.
