Stream Karri Brand New Single “Lemonade”

Geffen Records and PFL are thrilled to announce the forthcoming release of two singles from fast-rising R&B star and multi-instrumentalist, Karri. The twenty-year-old Filipino American singer-songwriter is one of the most exciting new voices in contemporary music. Today, Karri releases the fan favorite Lemonade, a heartfelt rendition of the Jeremy Passion tearjerker, produced by Hokage Simon, William Van Zandt, and No Love For The Middle Child. Karri has quietly made a name for himself with his “Lo’ N Slo’” brand of R&B. He confesses:
I’ve loved that song since elementary school. My cousins used to play this song all the time— I used to play it on the ukulele and sing it to all the girls in school.
Karri says the ballad means a lot to him and that he often performs it during his live show. He cites Drake, The-Dream, and Sampha as influences. The following week on September 29, Karri will release his alluring lead single, “can u?,” produced by Clockwork, Tommy Parker, with additional production from himself and Thomas Madynski.
