EST Gee Makes “Bigger Than The Devil” A Louisville Roll Call

Like a steel door closing before the storm, EST Gee enters Bigger Than The Devil with pressure already sealed inside. The Louisville rapper stretches that force across a full-length set rooted in survival, loyalty, and the cost of keeping a circle intact. YFN Lucci joins a roster that also brings Skrt, EST SkiMike, 86Snot, EST Spit, and EST4Nikk into the frame. Gee’s gravel-edged delivery keeps every guest inside his world instead of letting the project scatter. The production leaves enough darkness for his lyrics to validate his experience. What emerges is less a victory lap and more of a hard-earned roll call from the ground that shaped him. Gee conveys he’s ready with lyrics:

My daddy say when you a big fish, you can’t take the bait / Closed my eyes, bowed my head / I wasn’t scared, I was saying grace.” He then unloads bar after bar that makes clear he’s doing everything bigger, better, and badder. “We got way more skrilla than them … We kept it way more realer than them.

The album completes the arrival foreshadowed when EST Gee fortified his circle with “Ya Digg” ahead of the release. Earlier singles “Supreme Sanders” and “Call Spitta” now sit inside a larger statement about command and consequence. Keeping collaborators close to home sharpens the album’s Louisville identity while expanding the voices around Gee.
